Q: Do I get any customers to begin with?
A: No, you start with zero customers. We sometimes have existing virtual ISPs with customers for sale. Just ask.

Q: How hard is it to find customers?
A: That depends on how hard you work. But imagine this: We have nearly 10,000 access numbers. If you just find 1 customer in the major 1000 cities you will have a very! good income!

Q: After I sign up, how long does it take till I can get started?
A: The same day we receive your payment, we will send you your log-on info for your ISP account. You will then be able to use the administration webpage to manage your customers' accounts, use utilities, and find support info.

Q: What if I need help with anything?
A: Send us an e-mail and we'll help as fast and as good as we can. We also have phone support for resellers.

Q: Is it really worth it?
A: Yes, although none of our re-sellers wants to be used as a reference (they don't want to encourage competition) most of them are quite successful.

Q: Will I be rich in a month?
A: No! As with any business, it depends on how much work and effort YOU put into it. You wont get rich over night, but you can achieve a very good income within 6 months or less. It will take time for your business to be known. Don't expect having a website means everyone knows you. You have to advertise and we will tell you how and where for free. We will also tell you what not to waste your money on! One free advise: Don't buy mailing lists!

Q: What if I want to quit?
A: Just quit! you will get a refund for your then current balance. You may also sell your business and or customers to someone else. Of course we hope you offer us your customers and business first.

Q: Do I have to buy any equipment?
A: No, all you need is internet access to use the administration page to manage customer accounts. You don't even need to own a computer! We had a re-seller start out buy going to the local library once a day to manage his accounts. Of course it helps to have it all at home or in an office. Start out small and expand as your income grows.

Q: Can I set up re-sellers?
A: Yes, you can set up re-sellers and manage them in our backroom.
